It is believed by some people that technology is creating a massive gap for the wealthy and the disadvantaged

although it is thought to make contrastive consequences. In my point of view, I fairly believe that technology is

making a distance through people including the rich and the wealthy more than the contrast.

On the one hand, advanced technology, which is thought by some people, is not creating distance of the poor

from the rich because it helps to connect people to people and learn to each other. Modern technology means

smart devices such as iPad, a Galaxy Note 20 and a convenient online service named Internet. As a result, smart

devices would have a positive effect because they are suggested for a door to the poor to learn from the rich and

improve the qualities of life for the disadvantaged based on the advantaged connection of Internet. For instance,

the disadvantaged can use searching tools such as Bing and Google to find out how the rich people make wealth

and improve their life which help them live a more comfortable life. Generally, technology is fairly helped with

people’s life in some aspects.

On the other hand, developing technology is thought to be increased at the difference between the poor and the

rich because it physically creates distance to people. In addition, the difference between the rich and the poor

means salary and life standards depending on their finance and background. Consequently, the poor do not have

a definite position in social life as the rich because nowadays people judge another by their smart devices. In

Vietnam, if some teenagers want to create a new relationship, they will expect the opposite holding a trendy

smart phone.on their hand and it makes the poor take an enormous distance to wealthy people. Overall, the gap

between the rich and the poor is rapidly being increased because of technology.

In conclusion, I personally believe that a distance between the wealthy and penniless people is being created by

modern technology in present days.
