MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM SERVER 2011


Below are six separate sets of License Terms.  Only one set applies to you.  If you do not accept them, do not use the
software. The terms also apply to any Microsoft updates, supplements, Internet-Based services and support services for this
software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply. Printed paper license terms, which may
come with the software, take the place of any in software license terms.

1. Microsoft Volume Licensing programs: If you licensed the software through a Microsoft Volume Licensing program your
use of this software is subject to the terms and conditions of your volume license agreement.

2. Microsoft Dynamics ERP program: If you licensed the software through the Microsoft Dynamics ERP your use of the
software is pursuant to the terms of the Business Ready Licensing program linked here:
http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/en/us/licensing.aspx

3. Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance Licensing program: If you licensed the software through the Academic Alliance
Licensing Program your use of the software is pursuant to the terms of the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance
Agreement.

4. MSDN Subscription program: If you licensed the software through the MSDN Subscription Program your use of the
software is pursuant to the terms of the MSDN Licensing linked here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-

5. TechNet Subscription program: If you licensed the software through the TechNet Subscription Program your use of the
software is pursuant to the License Terms for Microsoft TechNet Plus and TechNet Direct Subscriptions linked here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/cc294422.aspx.

6. Microsoft Partner Network program: If you licensed the software through the Microsoft Partner Network program your
use of the software is pursuant to the terms of the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement and any supplemental terms
provided by Microsoft. If there is a direct conflict between the terms than the terms of the Agreement shall apply.
