The Contractor is to note that all Subcontractors and
their sub-sub-contractors or others engaged in the
performance of the contract shall also comply with
the above requirements, as a minimum.
The Contractor shall provide information in its
monthly reports as required by this Appendix for
those parts of the Works associated with health,
safety and protection of the environment. The
documentation shall include inspection records.
