Glossary

Recruitment: It’s a set of procedures aimed at attracting potentially qualified candidates capable
of occupying positions within the organization.

Internal recruitment: It’s the determination of the company to fill the vacancy, by relocating its
employees.

External recruitment: It’s recruiting, attracting people outside the company, to participate in it,
whether they are available or unavailable applied to other companies.

Authority: It´s the faculty of which a person is granted, within an organization, to give orders and
require that they be complied by his subordinates, for the perfomance of those actions which they
dictest considered appropiate for the achievement of the objectives of the group.

Position: It’s the name that requires the employment of a person who, with a minimum of
qualifications according to the type of function, can competently exercise the powers that his
exercise confers on him.
