Exercise 2. Read the following letter and write a reply giving advice.

Hi,

I’m writing this letter because I need your advice. I work a lot and I suffer from stress, that’s why I
can’t sleep at night. As a result, I feel tired all the time and I don’t know what to do to feel better.
Every day I sit for many hours in front of the computer, so my neck and back hurt. Sometimes I
take pills to relieve the pain, but I don’t want to depend on medicine to feel better. What should I
do? Anxiously waiting for your reply.

Mary

What I advise you is that you should sleep more and relax doing other things, you should go for a
walk, leave work a little, maybe you should take a vacation. You should also look for another job
that generates less work pressure and is calmer.
Exercise 3. Write 5 sentences giving advice about what we should do this quarantine. Use
should/shouldn’t or had better/had better not to write your sentences.

They shouldn´t go out even if the pandemic has calmed them

They should wear face masks when going out

It is better to take care of ourselves so as not to get sick.

We should exercise in quarantine
