SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: THEIR LEVEL OF WORK EFFICIENCY TO THE STAFF OF

JULIES BAKESHOP

Research Objective

This research will attempt to discern the safety precaution used by the staff of
Julies Bakeshop in their establishment.

Target Environment

This research will be conducted at Julies Bakeshop. This bakeshop is located at


Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

Target Participants

The respondents of the study will be the staff of Julies Bakeshop.

Number of Participants

This research will utilize ten (10) staff of Julies Bakeshop.

Research Method

The descriptive-survey method of research will be used in this study.

Theoretical Framework / Source

According to Stricoff and Groover (2014) organizations need to create a safe and
healthy working environment for all workers to ensure high levels of motivation and
enhancement in efficiency.
