No.F-1008(74)/DoHFW/SBY/uh (m&ih)/ New RFP]] D.C C Dated ofi9, Short- Term REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Government of Rajasthan through Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency (RSHAA) under Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare is providing Health Insurance Coverage to the eligible beneficiaries of Rajasthan under Bhamashah Swasthya Bima Yojana. To run the scheme, RSHAA invites proposals from the Insurance Companies registered in India eligible as per technical capacity mentioned in the RFP document for the period beginning from 13” December, 2017. For the selection of the preferred insurance company, the RSHAA is adopting a single stage bidding process under which applications are invited from the prospective bidders. The RFP document can be viewed and downloaded from the departmental website htto://sppp.rajasthan.gov.in, http://eproc.ralasthan.gov.in, www.raiswasthya.nic. Cost of RFP is Rs. 500,000/- (Rs. Five Lacs only) shall be payable by way of DD/Banker’s cheque/NEFT in favor of Chief Executive Officer, RSHAA Rajasthan before the last date and time prescribed for submission of proposals. The last date and time for submission of bids is 2° Novemeber, 2017 at 5:00 pm. Estimated cost of RFP is Rs. 400 crores per Annum.
