Many big companies use call centres. they take orders and
answer questions. they also make calls to customers at home
to increase the company's business.

Call centers are used to provide services through phone


calls, which are usually business, technical support,
customer service or emergency calls. Since the agents
are trained to provide these services, they are qualified
people who will be able to fulfill the task of giving a good
treatment, solve the problems or doubts of the client
For many people it is new to work in a call centre as
they see many computers and telephones and feel
nervous.
People are very nice, they explain to the new workers
what they have to do and what to say, they write down
everything on a piece of paper
