Power Automate can simplify the work process and reduce the manual work.
For example: if I want to unload one video on YouTube, and I want to post it on Twitter at the
same time, then I can use Power Automate and once I upload one video on YouTube, the video can
be uploaded to Twitter automatically and I do not need to do the work once again.

Once I search youtube, there are many automations existing related to youtube.
This is the easiest way to create a flow.
Automated flow: when some trigger occurs, take some actions based on that
Instant flow: send emails to the employees monthly
Recurrence—Mail—Send an email notification
UI flow: With UI flow and Power Automate, users can record and playback human interactions on
software that do not use APIs.
Create an automated flow
Assumption: Assume that it is for the marketing department and we want to create an excel to list
all of our competitors RSS feeds so we can remember back in the days when we did a lot more
marketing activities the boss always wanted a report of what our competitors were doing and a
good source of information was always competitors blogs.
In this case we are going to create one flow with one competitor’s blog RSS feed being transferred
into an Excel table in our team one drive.
So when we create this flow, we need to use RSS trigger
Input the RSS feed URL
Choose and action: excel online (business)
Add a row into the table
Location: OneDrive for Business
Document Library: OneDrive
File: competitors 1
Table: Table 1

The excel has been created before the steps above
