TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR CONSULTING SERVICES

1. Role/Purpose
The role of NO School will provide the ‘Craft classes’ to the Dolphin Matric. Hr. Sec.
School, By-Pass Road, Ponmeni, Jainagar, Madurai-625 0010
2. Term
This Terms of Reference is effective from June 2016 and continues until March 2016 will be
ongoing. Follow-up classes will starts from tentatively from June 2016 based on discussion.
It is agreed to provide the ‘Craft classes’ on Weekly Three Days tentatively.

3. Remuneration
NO School will be entitled for Rs.8500/- per month inclusive of all cost incurred in a
monthly basis as remuneration from the Dolphin Matric. Hr. Sec. School, By-Pass Road,

4. Roles of responsibilities
Craft teacher/tutor role entails:
• Working with children on creative experiences using a wide variety of media /
materials to fire their imagination and develop their language and cognitive
skills.
• Our goal has been to provide teachers and students with activities that make
the Craft classes a time to look forward to conversational English, Etiquettes
and social skills, Grammar through educative and fun filled activities.
• Facilitating children to express themselves in as many ways as possible
• Working with teachers to interpret children's ideas.
• Creating a visually pleasing environment in the school to encourage the
learning of children
• Supervise and lead students of all abilities, and to manage the safety of class.

5. Output and deliverables

List of key deliverables, work plan, schedules will be submitted prior to the start to head of
the institution as directed, will expect reasonable time for make key decisions.
6. Amendment, Modification or Variation
This Terms of Reference may be amended, varied or modified in writing after consultation
and agreement by NO School.
