It is informed that the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal),
Court No. IV, New Delhi has already passed order under Section 12A of the Insolvency
and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on 4th December, 2018 and allowed the application to
withdraw.
In view of the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority, the appeal has become
infructuous and no further order is required to be passed.
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
