On October 3 2020, a 48-hour lockdown was implemented in the entire Sitel compound and Robinson’s
Mall Luisita:
IATF Members with City Administrator Atty. Lobo, Tarlac City- Disaster Risk Reduction Management
Office (DRRMO), City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), Public Order and Safety
Office (POSO), Philippine National Police (PNP), and representatives of the Department of Interior and
Local Government (DILG) and Provincial IATF- PDRRMO inspect 3 Sitel buildings at Robinson's Mall
Luisita
- Sanitation and disinfecting activities continue in the area of Sitel
- POSO and PNP are tasked to secure the areas under lockdown
- CENRO and CDRRMO re-disinfected Sitel buildings and all open spaces (sidewalks and parking lots)
- CDRRMO is tasked to monitor the compliance of Sitel management within 48 hours.

The IATF has ordered our leadership to undergo mandatory swab testing for its employees before re-
employment.
