CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

This agreement enterd into this 2nd dat of January 2019, at RLM TRAING AND
ASSESSMENT
CENTER, INC., Cadayonan 2, Marawi City, Lanao del sur, Philippines, by and between;

RLM TRAINING CENTER, INC., a company duly organized and registered under the laws
of the
Philippines, with principal office address at Cadayonan 2, Marawi City, herein
represented by its
President, Rosanna L. Matuan, herein reffered to as the "EMPLOYER"

and
JUHARY MATUAN MUSTAPHA of legal age, with herein after reffered to as "EMPLOYER" at
cadayonan
2, Marawi City, Lanao del sur.

WITNESSETH THAT:

1. WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is a corporation engagd in Education and Training;


2. WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE has qualified in the pre-employment requirements conducted
by
the EMPLOYER;
3. WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is interested of the forgoing premises, the parties herby
agree as
follows:

1. JOB TITLE AND DESCRIPTION

Based on the results the probitionary evaluation the EMPLOYEE is herebyt hired VICE
PRESIDENT;
effective January 2, 2019 to December 31, 2021 with the following duties and
responsibilities:

a.ensure that all administration relating to the center and its acitivies is
carried out
effectively, including registration and schedule of classes and assessement, and
keeping records
of all acitivities, including statistics, in accordance with College policy and the
requirements of
the department.

e. Recieve letters, packages etc.and distribute them


f. Prepare outgoing mail by darfting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
g. Check, sort and forward emails
h. Monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary
i. Keep updated records abd files
j. Monitor office expenses and costs
k. take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangement, schedule etc.)

Based on the results the probitionary evaluation the EMPLYEE is hereby hired DATA
ENCODER;
effective October 1, 2017 to October 30, 2020 with the with the following duties
and responsibilities;

Operate keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer or onto
magnetic tape of disk for subsequent entry

Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer,
using data entry device, like keyboard or optical scanner plus following format
displayed
on screen

Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format
on
screen to detect errors

Delete incorrectly entered data, and also verify accuracy of data to be entered

May keep record of work completed.

2. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

The EMPOYEE agrees that the cornerstone of his/her relationship to the EMPLOYER
based on
TRUST and CONFIDENCE, As Center Manager you shall promote and support the plans,
programs and policies of the EMPLOYER.

3. COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS

The EMPLOYEE will be paid a basic salary of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (15,000.00 Php)
per
month, Philippine Currency payable after every month. The EMPLOYEE's salary will be
paid
in cash.

4. WORK HOURS

The EMPLOYEE shall work for a period of eight(8) hours per day for the whole week
except
Friday. in case of unusual volume of work, the EMPLOYER may required the EMPLOYEE
to work
on Fridays. Any work rendered in excess of eight(8) hours per day shall be subject
to payment
of applicable overtime rate. Management prescribes the work schedule, and it
reseved the
right to change the schedule as it may deen necessary to meet operational
requirements.
