If the acquired habits are healthy, they will help us to organize ourselves, take

care of ourselves and assume responsibilities for ourselves and others. If the
habits acquired are unhealthy, we will remain in a vicious circle that will deepen
the deterioration of our organism more and more and will damage our
relationship with the environment. One of the tasks that we have to learn to stay
alive and healthy is to eat to nourish ourselves and exercise regularly, being an
irrefutable truth that certain habits are required for this.
