use it for babies breakfast food. What new flavours should the company
introduce? Because there are limited flavours? Which is the suitable
price? because consumers are turning to competitive products.

several solutions to increase cerelac sales.

Nestle’sshould consider:
1. Competition had lower prices than Nestle’s which
made the consumers favour the competition.
2. Consumers considering Nestle’s products as babies’
breakfast food which would make consumers turn
to other products for older people.
3. Consumers having different likings to flavors which
would make them turn to competitive products to
find the flavors they like.
