Research Instrument

The instrument that was used by the researchers to gather information needed to

meet the objective of the study is interview. The questionnaires were based on the

previous readings and studies of the researchers towards human resource

management. Interviewing is the one of the common method used in collecting

information from individuals. It is a meeting in which the interviewer will ask the

respondents in order to find out the data`s needed. Interviewers will help the

researchers for a better understanding of a phenomenon.
