TOPIC: IDENTITY THEFT – SOCIAL MEDIA AND RELATED ISSUES A

CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS

RESEARCH PROBLEM:

The research problem deals with “identity theft in social media and the measures to curb it”.

AIM AND OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:

The main aim and objective of the study is to get an idea about what is identity theft? And the
reasons due to which they occur and the regulations made to curb them and some case study

REVIEW OF LITERATURE:

The researcher will go through the various website, magazines and journals to get the
information related to unjust enrichment.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:

The researcher will do a doctrinal study which includes the theoretical description of
IDENTITY THEFT IN SOCIAL MEDIA, which is available in journals, magazines and
searching through various websites from which matter can be collected.

HYPOTHESIS:

The hypothesis of this study includes identity theft and how can they be brought to justice
which will be studied through cases and conceptual understanding
