Open Access Charges:

Hon'ble Commission has approved Wheeling charge, Cross subsidy surcharge, additional
surcharge for the open access consumers. In case of an Open Access consumer procuring
power from RE source, the full Cross Subsidy Surcharge (CSS) as determined shall be
applicable. The charges for FY 2018-19 & FY 2019-20 are as follows:

Additional Surcharge on wheeling:

The Commission has approved the Additional Surcharge of Rs.1.25 per unit to be
applicable with effect from 1st September 2018. The Additional Surcharge shall be
applicable to third party open access consumer and Captive users of Group captive power
plant in addition to open access consumer with prospective effect.

Operating Charges:
For Open Access Capacity <= 5 MW : Rs. 14,500 / Month.
For Open Access Capacity > 5 MW : Rs. 28,000 / Month.

Energy Banking Charges:

Banking Charges shall be in kind @ 2% of the energy banked.
