MY EXPERIENCE HELPING PUAN RAMLAH

I would like to share about my experience helping my neighbour, Puan

Ramlah. She an elderly lady who lives alone. She was like my second mother for
me because she had a kind hearted and like to let me ate at her home if she cooked
something special like chicken rice. Her house was a stone throw away from my
house. She stayed alone because of her husband, Encik Hassan passed away two
years ago because of liver cancer stages 4. She have one daughter, Kamila and
her daughter didn’t stay with Puan Ramlah because she worked in Kuala Lumpur.
Now, she stay with her daughter in Kuala Lumpur because of one incident and her
daughter need to look after of her condition. I really miss her. Puan Ramlah was a
housewife. She old and could not drive. When she needed things, the man at the
shop will send her the things. The cost of the things will pay by her daughter.

One day, I came back from school quite late because of I had a chemistry
extra class in my school. I need to go to the extra classes because of SPM around
the corner. I want to succeed in my exam to make my parents proud. Back to the
story, I walked alone that day because my father couldn’t fetch me from school. I
walked fast as lightning because it was dark. Maybe it might rain. I held my book
tightly and I didn’t want my books to be wet. After a few minutes, I arrived at my
residential area. I walked pass Puan Ramlah house. With a wide eyes, I saw her
fainted with a blood at her forehead. I quickly went to her. I saw one big stone and
had a blood at that stone. That time, I thought what I need what to do to bring her
to hospital. I decided to take my phone in my house and called an ambulance.

I called an ambulance. After a few minutes, an ambulance arrived at Puan

Ramlah house. The ambulance staffs quickly picked up Puan Ramlah and putting
her at patient bed. I asked one of an ambulance staffs, that can I follow them to the
hospital. “Yes, you can,” said an ambulance staffs. I was so happy because it was
my first time to sit in an ambulance. We arrived at hospital about 10 minutes. The
ambulance staffs brought Puan Ramlah to emergency room. I was waiting at
outside. I called my parents to tell them. I called Kamila also to inform her about
Puan Ramlah incident. She said, she will come to the hospital as soon as possible.
After an hours, one doctor exited from emergency room. He came to me.
“Don’t worry, Puan Ramlah’s condition is stable, you can visit her,” said the
doctor. I entered the emergency room and went to Puan Ramlah. She still didn’t
realize from faint. I look at her forehead. It had a wound and stitching effect. My
parents came to the hospital. My parents asked about the incident. I told them
about the incident. My mother asked me to back to house and change the uniform
school that I was wearing. She said she can look after Puan Ramlah at the
hospital. My father and I went back to our house. I took an enough rest and
finished my homeworks because my father said that I can visit Puan Ramlah at
night.

At 8:00 pm, I arrived to the hospital. I called my mother and asked my

mother where she was. My mother said she in female ward. Puan Ramlah had
been moved to the female ward. My father and I went to female ward and found
the Puan Ramlah bed. After a few minutes, I found it. I saw Puan Ramlah had
realize and Kamila and my mother at her side. I went to them. I asked Puan
Ramlah about her condition. She said she getting better with a smile face. Puan
Ramlah and Kamila thanked to me a lot because of my help. Kamila said to me
that she decided to bring her mother to Kuala Lumpur to stay with her. I was so
happy that I could help Puan Ramlah and my parents proud with me. That’s all
about my experience helping my neighbour, Puan Ramlah.
