Madam,

I have the honor to request permission to transfer from Cleofe A. Arce Memorial High
School (Buri, Mandaon, Masbate) to either Federico A. Estipona Memorial High School
(Poblacion, Mandaon, Masbate) or Cabitan National High School (Cabitan, Mandaon,
Masbate) for the following reasons to wit:

5. I am a bonafide resident of Cabitan Mandaon, Masbate. I travel every day to Buri,

Mandaon, Masbate for almost SIX (6) YEARS and have come to realize that working as a
teacher and travelling every day for two hours has put a lot of stress and pressure on me
which affects my health. I have acute bronchitis and hyper-reactive airways but was unable
to take care of myself because of my obligations in the school.
6. I have been teaching at Cleofe Arce Memorial High School for almost SIX (6) YEARS and I
feel that my service in the school have been significant enough to warrant consideration to
my request for transfer to my hometown.
7. My current financial situation requires me to live with my family in Cabitan, Mandaon. It
would be a great relief to be unburdened of the cost of travelling every day ,that requires a
lot of gasoline, which as of now is beyond my means.
8. If I am transferred to either Federico A. Estipona Memorial High School or Cabitan
National High School, I shall be greatly relieved of all the pressures and depressions I have.
My family especially my mom will then feel satisfied and secure.
I am prepared to explain my situation in an interview with you.
Hoping that this request merit your approval should there be vacancy in Federico A.
Estipona Memorial High School or Cabitan National High School.
