Communication with people is a science and an art.

Both for a good


communicator biological characteristics such as age, gender and social
status should not be a problem. I believe that a good communicator
should be responsive, persuasive and coherent and his speech should
be articulated and eloquent. Email may just be lead for increasing
productivity or may drive us all crazy. The truth is that business is
usually best done face-to-face and if this is not possible, them talk on
the phone. The trouble is that the recipient of the email doesn't hear
the tone of voice or see the expression on their face. But still, email
will never replace live communication.
