“Your flight is about to leave in five minutes.” These are words that no traveler should
ever hear. The people running towards their gate because they did not arrive on time is not
something to strive for. There are many aspects of traveling that people do not think about,
which leads them to miss a flight or cause unnecessary stress. To have a stress-free traveling
experience, these travelers must follow important guidelines that will help them enjoy their
traveling experience.
Before getting to the airport, the people traveling must have everything they need to get
through airport procedures. The main thing to bring is a boarding pass, which contains
information about the person’s flight and gate information. If someone is an American citizen,
they do not need an American passport to travel within the United States. The next thing to bring
is all personal items and luggage that will be needed for the final destination. The final thing to
bring is a neck pillow, for the traveler can feel comfortable when traveling on the plane.
The first thing to remember is that the person traveling should arrive three to four hours
before their boarding time. Their boarding time will be listed on the boarding pass for them to
plan ahead to make appropriate arrangements. Arriving early will help avoid stress, and it will
help make sure all appropriate procedures are taken place. Once the traveler enters the airport,

scanner. The traveler must be patient as there may be a long line. After the traveler has
completed security, they should carry all of their belongings and head toward their gate.
Next, the flight attendant will start boarding the plane at the boarding time. The traveler
should pay attention to the direction and line up based on their row number, which is located on
the traveler’s boarding pass. The traveler should give their boarding pass to the flight attendant
before entering the plane. Once the traveler is on the plane, they should find their seat and put
their luggage above their seat in the overhead compartment. The traveler should then sit down
and put their seat belt on. The traveler needs to listen to the flight attendants when they give
Finally, when the plane is ready to reach its destination, the traveler should remain seated
and follow instructions from the flight attendants. Once the plane has landed, the traveler should
get their baggage out of the overhead compartment and start exiting the plane. The traveler
should remain patient because it takes a while to exit the plane. After exiting the plane, the
traveler should find their transportation or head towards the baggage claim if they have checked
in any luggage. The traveler should breathe a sigh of relief because they have reached their
destination.
