As discussed today, due to a change in my circumstances I wish to formally retract my

resignation from Davao Regional Medical Center. Please accept this letter as retraction of my
resignation letter dated October 23, 2020.

I look forward to continuing to work with Davao Regional Medical Center as it has given me a
lot of opportunities and I assure the company will also benefit if they allow me to stay as I’m
already aware of my job responsibilities. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
