Abou Shakra is a chain restaurant in Egypt well know for charcoal
cooking –grilled meat, kebabs, and kofta. It was very challenging to start
up business, because the first restaurant of Abou Shakara was not
attractive in customer, but believe they offering healthy, and tasty. Also
offered oriental Egyptian food, and due to the lack of other cuisines, he
was essentially competing with the whole market. |It was necessary for
Abou Shakra to ensure thst he could offer something that would give
him an advantage over his competitors. Abou Shakra are persistent focus
on the customer well being and satisfaction and that was the reason for
their success. Abou Shakra has own factory, which supplies all branch
and outlets with a fresh meat and poultry. Meat delivered in daily with a
high quality and only best lamb and beef. The vegetables and fruits are
also delivered daily and they store to maintain freshness up to they time
serving. The Abou Shakra menu has change very little over the past 60
years to keep simple the menu and also limits the cost of purchasing
different ingredients from several suppliers. Abou Shakra restaurant are
not only focus on food, but they also focus in their employees. They
hire energetic, friendly, and passionate employees. They establish own
training center to ensure that employees are continue training to provide
skills. One of the core principles of the company is that by taking good
care of the employees will take good care of the customer.

To find or recruitment a good manager that can handle all problem.
Make sure all the employees are work hard and loves their job. Plus
persistent emphasis on customers well being and complete satisfaction.
Provides the customer a great dining experience by maintaining a simple
menu that has been perfected for the best quality.

Ang natutunan ko ehhhh , pagtating sa business lagi tayong may back
up plan para sa siguradong hindi bumagsak o magsara ang isang
