1.

Perform a reliability analysis on each type of MOTIVATION and interpret the

results obtained.

Reliability test is the extent to which the results of measurements using the same object will

produce the same data (Sugiyono, 2012: 177). The reliability of the questionnaire in this

study used the split half item method. The item is divided into two groups, namely the odd

item group and the even item group. Then each group's score for each item is added up to

produce a total score. If the correlation is 0.7, it is said that the item provides a sufficient

level of reliability, on the contrary, if the correlation value is below 0.7, it is said that the item

is less reliable.

Reliability Statistics
Cronbach's
Alpha N of Items
.861 7

The Cronbach alpha for intrinsic motivation is .861 and this show that all the item is reliable

to be used as survey instruments.

Reliability Statistics
Cronbach's
Alpha N of Items
.663 7

The Cronbach alpha for extrinsic motivation is .663 and this show that all the item is less

reliable to be used as survey instruments thus researcher need to revise the question and

change to a better question.

Reliability Statistics
Cronbach's
Alpha N of Items
.754 7

The Cronbach alpha for althuistic motivation is .751 and this show that all the item is reliable

to be used as survey instruments.
