September 21, 2019, I have attended a fun run with the theme “Tara!

Takbo
Na! Para kay Jomar Barrameda!”. It is an event of SSG Club( Supreme Student
Government) Organization. The program started at exactly 5 in the morning.
Before the said activity the SSG Officers prepared a Zumba Dance to prepare our
body for a physical activity. This event is open for everyone that can help them to
develop their health fitness. And this activity is for Jomar Barrameda a Grade 9
student of Lemery National High School who is suffering from Osteosarcoma
Malignant Bone Tumor. The money that will gain or collect in this activity will be
directly given to Jomar Barrameda.

During the said activity I experienced a lot of enjoyment even though I’m not
feeling well that time. I enjoy the activity because I encounter different obstacles
like tires skipping. We also encounter members of SSG who throws flour in every
student passing the said obstacles and colored water With the help of the
members of Bureau of Fire Protection. And the last obstacle that we encounter is
eating calamansi.
I learned that this is not only for fun, to have a healthy body but it is also to help
our schoolmate who is suffering from Osteosarcoma Malignant Bone Tumor. I
also learned that we need to warm up our body before running to prevent body
ache during the said activity. We also need to have an enough sleep in order for
us to enjoy the activity and to have an energy. And lastly we need to relax our
body.
In this activity I realized that in this activity you are not just running for yourself
and for enjoyment but also for helping someone else.
