SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS SCHEDULES

We would like to remind you to attach contributions payment schedules when submitting
monthly contributions payments. The schedules should be submitted in Excel format and they
must indicate the following details:
• Member Firm Account Number
• Effective Date of Payment
• Member Number
• Total Beneficiaries
• Total Paid Amount
The schedule will enable the correct allocation of contributions payments per member level
and improve our query resolution turnaround times. Members that are not reflected on the
payment schedules will be classified as unpaid and suspended from accessing services.

Please be further reminded that medical aid contributions should be paid in advance before
the 25th of the month for the preceding month. Accounts that are not paid by 1st of the month
will be automatically suspended.
