Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the manager of the supermarket located across the street of your company and I
am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your employees leaving their cars in the
supermaket's parking lot.

They are taking up eighty percent of the available space in which customers could park
when they come to the market. This is a big problem because since this started happening I
have seen a decline in profit which is a huge minus for me and my employees, because we get
less customers. I would understand if they would leave their cars for an hour or two but not for
the entire day. And, another thing that bothers me is them leaving their car in front of the
supermaket and blocking the entrance.

I have been trying to make them stop parking here by leaving notes on the windshield or
even politely talking to them and asking if they could leave their car in the paid parking lot that
is very close but everyone seems to ignore me and their actions did not stop at all. Also, the big
sign at the entrance which says that only customers are allowed to park here seems to not
bother any of your employees.

You can easily fix this problem by warning them not to park here anymore and that the
company could cover the costs of the paid parking lot if they are willing to leave their car there.
Or you can build your own parking or the employees if you have enough space available. If none
of these options are possible then tell them to start using the public means of transport.

I hope that you will look into this matter and that things will get better because if not we
are obligated to take legal action against you.

Yours sincerely,

John Smith
