Not getting our Team 5-3 emails? We sent one through the gradebook this week 
with important class info. Since it came through a computer program, some 
systems automatically put it in a Junk or Spam folder.   
 
If you didn’t receive our Team 5-3 email from Synergy, please CHECK YOUR email’s SPAM or 
JUNK folder. You can “Mark Sender as Safe” for future emails.

● Homework will be listed in the HOMEWORK tab.   
● Reminders & other Team updates are on the ANNOUNCEMENTS page.   
● Pictures and short videos are up for you on the NEWS FEED page.  
● The RESOURCES tab will be for ParentVUE, downloadable forms or files, notes sent home, and 
links for parents & caregivers. (Students will find their resources in Google Classroom.) 
 
To avoid confusion, our emails will NOT duplicate the WPI e-blasts, so contact the Main Office at 
616-850-6300 if you are not getting the ​schoolwide emails ​(they have the big GHAPS logo at the top).
