THE RESTAURANT Part 1


 DESIGN. Using ½ inch grid paper, design a restaurant that

includes a commercial kitchen and a dining area. 1/3 of your space

should be the kitchen. Fill your dining space with tables and

chairs. You will need a combination of dining tables styles – 2 tops,

4 tops, 6 tops. Tables should be square or rectangular in format.

Each chair takes up a circle inside one square on your grid paper.

Leave space around the perimeter of your restaurant.
