What Substantive Law is Involved?

The substantive law involved is matrimonial law i.e: The Hindu marriage Act, 1955.

Remedy: The best way to divide the joint property is to split it based on the contribution made
by each spouse. In order to arrive at an equitable distribution, it is wise to go over the bank
statements (of both the parties) and determine the level of contribution made by each.

The relation between the both is brother and sister. Both the images show that the female
acquiring less property compared to the man. The only justice is property rights of women. That
means the female also has to acquire equal rights like man. So the property must be divided into
half to the male and female.

 The relation between the three images is about the Rental agreement and the relation
between the parties is tenant and landlord.

 Here tenant can file a case in the court of law because owner is making breach of contract
by imposing the condition to the tenant which is not in agreement.

Remedies: tenant may give the owner written notice of the acts or omissions constituting the
breach. The notice should state that the rental agreement will terminate in seven days if the
acts or omissions constituting the breach are not remedied within that time. If the owner does
not make a reasonable effort to remedy the problems within those seven days, the rental
agreement is terminated, and the owner must return the balance, if any, of prepaid rent or
deposit to which the tenant is entitled.

Tenant can also approach court of law for justice.
