relationship with people. Leadership is about taking control of situations that arise. With

practicing and Decision Making Skills you will face problems and make decisions with

renewed confidence, analyze situations more comprehensively to arrive at the best

solutions, tackle problems more systematically and logically and consistently implement

and follow-through on decisions (dela Cruz, 2010).

Interpersonal Skills

Interpersonal skills are the predictor of management success as well as an

indicator of a decrease in organizational success. Expert have identified a shortage of

interpersonal skills in the working environment and the need for leaders to be
knowledgeable and skillful both technical and interpersonal skills to achieve

performance goals (Beronio, 2018)

Leadership Skills

Any organization, one of the most basic relationships is the connection between

the leader and the follower. A healthy bond can produce efficiency and productivity,

whereas a rocky connection can be detrimental to organizational success. There are a

number of factors that can determine the strength of the leader-follower relationship.
