New Employees must carry following documents at the time of joining: -

1. AADHAAR Card (it must have your father’s name and complete Date of Birth (in
DD/MM/YYYY format)
2. Bank account passbook (it must have IFS Code of branch and your photo (attested by
Bank Manager)
3. Passport size photos:-
(i) 3 (three) individual photos
(ii) 2 (two) group family photos
4. PAN Card
5. Proof of DOB (Birth Certificate/Pan Card/Passport/Driving License/School Certificate)
6. ESI Number/EPF (UAN) Numbers (if allotted earlier)
7. Permanent and temporary address proof
8. Character & Antecedent Certificate (Form-III)
9. Education and Technical skills certificates
10. Particulars of family members with proof of DOB with Aadhaar Numbers
11. Medical fitness certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner with EYE test report
12. Relieving Letter from your current/last employer with salary slip
13. Copies of last experience certificates
14. Life Insurance Policy (in the name of applicant) Number/DOC/Maturity/Issuing branch
