ABSTRACT

MUHAMMAD AMRULLAH Efforts to improve Deck Rating is performance in

carring out anchor handling on board AHTS LOGINDO SYNERGY supervised
by (DODIK WIDARBOWO MT,M,Mar AND SITTY SYAMSIAH S,SiT.M.A.P)

This study aims to determine the of cause of the lack rating is performance on
the deck while doing anchor handling on board AHTS LOGINDO SYNERGY.

This researc was on AHTS LOGINDO SYNERGY whe the writer did on board
training for 12 months 2 days from April 2014 to April 2015. the writer usesd
descriptive method that described the effort to improve Deck Rating
performance in anchor handling on board AHTS LOGINDO SYNERGY.

To conclude, the cause of the lack of reck rating ferformanc. anchor handling
on board AHTS LOGINDO SYNERGY was lack of knowledge and
understanding about the techniques in anchor handling on board.

Each deck rating shuold be given a good understanding before join on board
and training anchor handling within minimum 1 month before join on board
