people (including staff). We will need two simple meals during the day, one at the end of the first
conference and the second around 3:00 pm approximately.

To Whom It May Concern

The reason of this report is to inform you about the currents problems among staff and apply for a
training course for try to solve them.

As you maybe know, in the last three months, the management employed staff with any
experience in the area of customer service and that generated many customer complaints in the
last period.

Therefore, I suggest and intensive training course for the new staff as soon as possible, the course
needs cover the most basics norms of etiquette in the office and what it is that the company
expects of them. This new staff is very young and dynamic, they has a very nice attitude and I am
completely sure that they will be so excited for start the training.

Regarding are the rest of the staff, as far as I am concern, they only need a short course or
conference for remembering some norms of the protocol to the company and how they can help
teaching or supervising the rest of the staff.
