1 My Accounts
Through ‘My Accounts’ you can view and manage all your open trading accounts, both live and demo.
You can fund your live trading accounts at the click of a button, through multiple, easy to use methods.
a Quick Deposit:
Fund your trading accounts through the ‘Quick Deposit’ button located in the
top right of the menu bar
b Accounts Dropdown:
Fund a specific account by clicking on the account number in the ‘My
Accounts’ table, upon which a dropdown menu will appear with the option to
‘Fund Account’
c Fund Now:
Fund the trading account of your choice by clicking the 'Fund Now' button next
to its entry in the 'My Accounts' table
d Deposit Funds:
An option to ‘Deposit Funds’ is also available from the FxPro Direct side menu
e Deposit Options:
Deposit funds by clicking on your method of preference from the ‘Deposit
Options’ scrollbar
f Withdraw Funds:
You are able to withdraw funds via the option on the side menu
Located below ‘My Accounts’, ‘Download Platforms’ provides you with links through which you can down-
load, and subsequently install, the range of trading platforms FxPro offers.
Links are available to download both desktop and mobile versions of the platforms, as well as links to the
various web platforms offered, which don’t require installation and can be ran through your web browser.

Downloads’ link in the side menu

A complete list of download links for all available platforms can be accessed
from ‘Trading Platforms’ in the side menu
3 Deposit Options
At the bottom of the ‘Accounts’ page you can find ‘Deposit Options’. This bar, which you can scroll through
by clicking the arrows, clearly denotes all the deposit options that are available to you. By clicking on your
desired option you can also quickly fund the trading account of your choice with the selected method.
4 FxPro Vault
The FxPro Vault is a free, personal risk management tool that allows you, as an FxPro trader, to deposit and
withdraw funds with ease.
The Vault works as a central account from which you can transfer funds to all your trading accounts with a
few simple clicks. You may then transfer back to your Vault any funds from your trading accounts that you
wish to withdraw.
In this way, the funds kept in your Vault are completely protected from the impact that market movements
may have on your trading account(s).
To create or manage your FxPro Vault, you can click on the button in the sidebar menu. To learn more
information about how the Vault works, you can click the ‘?’ icon next to ‘FxPro Vault’, and then click on
‘Learn more’.
The FxPro Trader’s Dashboard is a free tool that offers you a quick and easy way to get a feel for what’s
happening in the world’s currency market. This tool supplies a wealth of information including:
Forex widgets to help you understand which currency pairs are really moving
Other clients’ positions which give a good indication of how the market is
trending
Volume and trade information showing which currency pairs are currently
popular
Volatility and trades per time informing you of market liquidity and stability
From the ‘Tools’ sidebar menu you have access to an additional array of trading tools and services that can
help you become a better trader.
FxPro Quant: A revolutionary visual strategy builder that allows you to turn
your own strategies into trading algorithms that automatically run on our MT4
and cTrader platforms
VPS: Upload your trading algorithms to our low latency Virtual Private Server.

1 Dropdown Menu
From the ‘Dropdown Menu’ you can perform a number of actions relating to your FxPro Direct profile,
including:
Viewing your platform credentials, including login and password for each
trading account
Logging out
2 Quick Deposit
The ‘Quick Deposit’ button in the menu bar enables you to easily deposit funds into any of your open
trading accounts.
3 Country Selector
You are able to change the language of your FxPro Direct account by clicking the country flag located on
the right side of the menu bar.
Go to direct.fxpro.com (for FxPro Financial Services Ltd clients) or direct.fxpro.co.uk (for FxPro UK Ltd
clients).
To register, click on the ‘Open Live Account’ button on the right, or the ‘Try Demo’ link below it.
To login, enter your email and password used to register your account, in the text boxes to the left, and
click the ‘Sign In’ button.
If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Restore Password’ link next to the ‘Sign In’ button, and enter
the email address you used to register the account. An email will then be sent containing a link you can
use to change your password.
To open a new live trading account via FxPro Direct, click the ‘Open Trading Account’ button on the ‘My
Accounts’ screen, and fill in all the required information in the form that follows. To open a new Demo
account, click on the ‘Open Demo Account’ button and fill in the required information that follows.
Before you can deposit funds and begin trading with your new live account, you need to first verify it by
uploading the required documents to our system.
To upload your documents, click the ‘My Profile’ button from the sidebar menu, then click the ‘Upload
Documents’ tab. Alternatively, you can select the ‘Upload Documents’ option from the dropdown in the
menu bar. From there you will be able to upload copies of all the documents required, and once processed,
your account will be verified.
At FxPro, the safety of our clients’ funds is of paramount importance. For that reason, we provide all our
traders with access to their own FxPro Vault, a free, personal risk management tool that allows you to
deposit and withdraw funds with ease.
All deposits and withdrawals pass through your FxPro Vault, and any funds kept in it remain secure from
the impact that market movements may have on your open positions.
There are a host of ways to deposit funds into one of your trading accounts:
Note: If you haven’t transferred funds to your FxPro Vault you need to do so before transfers to trading
accounts are possible. Click on the ‘Manage FxPro Vault’ button in the sidebar menu, you will then be able
to transfer funds to your Vault via your preferred available method.
There are also multiple ways to withdraw funds from your trading accounts:
• Click the ‘Manage FxPro Vault’ button on the side menu. You will then be able to transfer funds from
your trading accounts to your Vault, and subsequently withdraw them through your preferred
method available*
• Click the ‘Withdraw Funds’ button on the side menu. You will then be able to transfer funds from
your trading accounts to your Vault, and subsequently withdraw them through your preferred
method available*
*Our Client Accounting Department will receive your request and proceed within 1 working day. If a withdrawal
request is made within a 6-month period from the moment of deposit, Credit Card deposits must be withdrawn first,
followed by PayPal deposits, followed by Skrill deposits. Once all deposits made via the three aforementioned meth-
ods are refunded, you will be able to withdraw via any other method you wish.
If you have forgotten your FxPro Direct password and cannot sign in, you can request a password reset. Go
to direct.fxpro.com (for clients of FxPro Financial Services Ltd) or direct.fxpro.co.uk (for clients of FxPro
UK Ltd), and click the ‘Restore Password’ link next to the ‘Sign In’ button. You will be asked to enter the
email address registered to your account. Subsequently, an email will be sent to that address, providing a
link through which you can change your password.
If you simply want to change your password for security reasons, this can also be done from inside FxPro
Direct. Simply select ‘Change Password’ from the dropdown in the menu bar. You can then request a
change of password, and an email will be sent to your address through which the change can be made.
Alternatively, you can also access the ‘Change password’ feature via the ‘My Profile’ button in the side
menu.
If you have forgotten the password for your trading platform account, or simply wish to change it for
security purposes, this can be done in FxPro Direct.
On the ‘My Accounts’ page, go to the table showing all your trading accounts, click the arrow next to the
number of the account you wish to change the password for, and select ‘Reset Password(s)’ from the
dropdown menu. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm your selection. Click ‘OK’, and an email
will be sent to the address used to register the trading account. Simply follow the instructions within to
reset your trading platform account password.
