NOTIFICATION

Subject: Revision in the regulation of Additional Courses (Audit/Credit Courses)

The rules and guidelines for taking Additional Courses (Audit/Credit Courses)
by the UG students have been revised as under:

“1. A student can register for additional courses in a program (over and above
minimum earned credits specified for a program) within the permissible limit of
credits in a semester without any CGPA criteria.

2. Students can be allowed to register for a maximum of 28 credits for more than
two semesters on the recommendations of DAPC with no condition on CGPA
for the first two times and with the condition CGPA>7.0 subsequently.”

This notification supersedes the earlier regulations on the subject and has the approval
of the Chairman Senate on the recommendation of the IAPC (88th meeting, under item
No. 88.2.5).
