Essay:

Argumentative and idea based

Not the written with specific reader mind

Do not include sub headings

Written in single narrative style throughout

Usually do not include bullet points

Infrequently include tables or graphs

Offer conclusion about the question

Report:

Report are formally structured

Information and fact based

Written with specific purpose and reader in mind

Written in style appropriate to each section

Always include section headings

Sometimes use bullet points

Often include table or graphs

Offer recommendation for action

The transmittal letter provide the recipients with specific context in which to place the larger documents
and simultaneously gives sender permanent of having sent material.Transmittal letter are usually brief.

A table of content usuall headed simply context and Abbreviation informally as table of content is a list
of the part of book or document organized in which parts are
The context usually includes the title of the first level headers and often includes second level a head
within the chapter as well and the even third title is subsection or b heads.
