Once Upon a Time, there was a couple who loved each other.

One day the girl decided

that the boy should meet her parents. The boy agreed, wanting to ask for the girl's
hand in marriage in mind.

However, once the girl's parents met their daughter's lover, they disapproved of
him. He was just an orphan with no money and support.

G: Why!?

The girl cried out. The parents explained that they were already struggling
financially and cannot afford to feed another mouth.

Then, the boy finally spoke up.

B: I will work hard and become successful. I help provide for the family and prove
myself worthy of your daughter.

The girl was touched. However she was worried for him too.

G: How will you do it? It would take years…

The boy simply shook his head.

B: I would do anything for you, my love.

With that the boy then bid his farewells and left.

A year had passed since that day. They had exchanged letters at first, but
gradually they lost contact. The girl was very saddened and missed her lover
dearly.

Then, she heard a melody coming from outside. She looked out of her window and saw
the boy. He was dressed in a pristine suit and held a guitar, singing sweet words
about her.

She went out and saw her parents there too.

G: What's going on?

B: I have fulfilled my promise and received your hand in marriage. My love, will
you marry me?

G: Yes!

And they lived happily ever after…
