Workers.

This is to apprise to Dasho that Construction Development Cooperation Limited is the leading
construction cooperation in Bhutan, which act as coordinator, developer, facilitator and promoter
in construction industry who promotes, assist and streamline the growth of small private sectors
and young unemployed Bhutanese. On top of that your office gives privilege or opportunity to
take up sub contract works or projects to young unemployed Bhutanese workers as a part of
cooperation mission, vision and to fulfill the unemployment issue of Bhutan.
In this regards, we have formed a group of skilled and professional technical workers to execute
any kind of construction works within the country under your guidance and supervision. We had
work team of all back ground ranging from laborers to engineers pertaining to any construction
works.
Dasho, if my team is awarded the sub contract works from your esteemed office, we pledge
Dasho that the awarded work will be completed in given time with best quality as per terms and
conditions of your cooperation. At the same time, it would really enhance experience and skills
of my group to further carry out any kind of construction works in the near future. Moreover I
hold large construction license with number 3008818 and CDB no. 7891 with my profession in
BE civil engineering for more than 10 years construction work experience.

Dasho, the following are the details of my work team;

1. Mason: 17 heads (7 nos.VTI graduate & 10 nos. local experience mason)

2. Carpenter: 5 Heads (Experience local carpenter)
3. Plumber: 2 Heads (VTI graduate)
4. Electrician: 2 Heads (VTI graduate)
5. Welder: 3nos. (VTI graduate)
6. Local labours: 15 nos. and more if necessary

Dasho I have been working in private construction firm for more than 10 years and I have
handled various projects under different agencies, department, Dzongkhag, etc. Therefore, I on
behalf of my Bhutanese skilled working team, I would like to appeal Dasho’s kind approval and
necessary action for the awarding of any kind of construction works to my team for upcoming
Gyelsung Project based in Taraythang, under Taraythang Geog, Sarpang Dzongkhag.
