Performance Appraisal Policy

The performance of the employees will be evaluated on the basis of cases they bring in the
entire year.
The appraisal of the employees will be based on the cases they bring in that financial year.
Covid
1. The employees who bring cases more than 25 in a year shall be entitled for a 10%
raise.
2. The employees who bring cases between 20-25 in a year shall be entitled for a 8%
raise.
3. The employees who bring cases between 15-20 in a year shall be entitled for a 5%
raise.
4. The employees who bring cases below 15 in a year shall be given no raise in that
year.
Post Covid
Post covid appraisal policy shall be effective from 01.01.2021

1. The employees who bring cases more than 40 in a year shall be entitled for a 15%
raise.
2. The employees who bring cases between 35-40 in a year shall be entitled for a 10%
raise.
3. The employees who bring cases between 30-35 in a year shall be entitled for a 8%
raise.
4. The employees who bring cases between 25-30 in a year shall be entitled for a 5%
raise.
5. The employees who bring cases below 25 in a year shall be given no raise in that
year.

In the post covid appraisal policy we shall also be resuming our 2% incentive policy i.e. 2%
incentive shall be given on MRP without GST on every confirmed case.
