themselves selves, and this can be the issue/problem whether they have a homestead or not.

I think its medium, the reason being many people who live in the city might not have diseases
leading to urination. The individuals have nowhere to relieve their selves, since they are many in
the city.
What specific policy tool(s) would you use to solve the problem?
I think the administration of san Francisco should erect mobile latrines to help those who want to
relieve their selves. And also, they should introduce pee backs in the city.
What are some potential negative consequences of your solution?
The city is congested, and the mobile latrines' erecting will be difficult because of the limited
space.
