Week 4 Reflection

9/11/2020

This past week has been nothing shy of a wild ride! So much has happened in my

personal life that I have had to learn to set aside in order to accomplish my assignments. While

this was the first “official” week for me balancing working and cyber teaching, I felt rather

overwhelmed. I know that this is a big adjustment and in time, I will find a happy medium and

balance.

Taking advantage of my free time to ensure that I am completing

assignments/paperwork/prep not only for my cyber teaching but also my work teaching has been

exhausting. However, I know that I must use the free time that I do have to accomplish some of

these tasks. Doing so will only help me in the long run as it will help to eliminate the anxiety and

sense of overwhelming tasks I feel.

I am so looking forward to getting to actually begin my teaching through CCA in the next

two weeks! My biggest concern is that with so many children, it is going to be difficult to truly

get to know them the way I would like to. However, I can turn to my action plan that I made at

the beginning of the semester to see if any of those suggestions or resources will aid in this

difficulty.
