BUILDING A PROGRAM FOR THE FUTURE
ATHLETE
Players are expected to complete 4 lifting sessions a week in the varsity gym.
Focus is placed on fitness and conditioning for playing the game at speed.
We want our players to become more powerful and better protected from injury.
Our lifting and nutrition program is designed to prepare the athlete for competition.
