Introduction

Hello everyone,are you in jubilant mood today?.Actually my name is Harith Imannie.Today I


would like to talk about Cardiovascular disease.What is Cardiovascular Disease?.Before
that,hope you plug your ears and open your mind.

According to World Health Organization,cardiovascular diseases are a group of the heart


and blood vessels and they include coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular
disease,peripheral arterial disease,rheumatic heart disease,congenital heart disease and
deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.As usally heart attacks and strokes acute
events and are mainly caused by a blockage that prevents blood from flowing to the heart or
brain. The most common reason for this is a build-up of fatty deposits on the inner walls of
the blood vessels that supply the heart or brain. Strokes can also be caused by bleeding
from a blood vessel in the brain or from blood clots. The cause of heart attacks and strokes
are usually the presence of a combination of risk factors, such as tobacco use, unhealthy
diet and obesity, physical inactivity and harmful use of alcohol, hypertension, diabetes and
hyperlipidaemia.

Next,I will discuss about what are the risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Did you know
that,what are the risk factors for cardiovascular disease?.It may a human habits.Unhealthy
diet ,physical inavtivity ,tobacco use and harmful use alcohol are the most important
behavioural risk factors of heart disease and stroke.The effect may show up in individuals
are raise blood pressure,raised blood lipids,raised blood glucose,and overweight or obesity.
Cessation of tobacco use, reduction of salt in the diet, consuming fruits and vegetables,
regular physical activity and avoiding harmful use of alcohol have been shown to reduce the
risk of cardiovascular disease. In addition, drug treatment of diabetes, hypertension and high
blood lipids may be necessary to reduce cardiovascular risk and prevent heart attacks and
strokes.You know,there are also a number of underlying determinants of Cardiovascular
disease.These are the reflection of the major forces driving social,economic and cultural
change-globalization,urbanization and population ageing.Poverty,stress and hereditary
factors not run of the determinats of cardiovascular disease.

Cardiovascular disease can be sure by looking if we had the common symptoms.I am sure
that some of you excited and some are scare.Nothing to be worry about it.You should to feel
greatful because know what are the symptoms.From that you gain some benefit that you can
recognize what are disease are it.So,there are the common symptoms of heart attacks and
strokes.Firstly is pain or discomfort in the centre of the chest.It is also pain in the arms,the
left shoulder,elbows,jaw,or back.Further more,the person may experience difficulty in
breathing or shortness of breath, feeling sick or vomiting; feeling light-headed or faint;
breaking into a cold sweat; and becoming pale. Women are more likely to have shortness of
breath, nausea, vomiting, and back or jaw pain.Beside,stroke can be sure by looking if
sudden weakness of the face,arm,or lag,most often on one side of the body.There are other
symptoms include sudden on set of confusion,difficulty speaking or understanding
speech,difficulty walking,dizziness,loss of balance or coordination and fainting.

Conclusion

Lastly,that is the factors and the symptoms of cardiovascular disease.What I am just share
just now give you some befenits for life.As we know cardiovascular disease is very
dangerous.We may lost a part of our family or our friends cause of this disease.So,use the
knowledge you got just now to remind and motivate our family and friend to taking care of
health.Just for reminder,do not be selfish with the knowledge,once a part of your family had
it ,they might pass away and that time,there is no time for you to crying over spilled milk.For
those who had the disease before,please be alert do not do the mistake again.That is all
