    Victor is one of the most important engineer in the world. He has built great
    works around the world. Victor speaks, English, German and Portuguese. He is
    also the creator of an important construction multinational. He has important
    publications in scientific journals about the research he has done. He lives in the
    countryside in the department of Valle del Cauca, since he likes to live quietly and
    surrounded by the countryside.

    He wants to build the Bogotá subway, to solve the mobility problems of that city in
    Colombia.

    His dream is to build a palace for his family, with all the comforts of today.
