    Empowered. Equality. Efficacious.


    These are the three concept constituting Gender and Development
    Little did I know that we are living in diversity?
    How could I ever forget that?
    I am surrounded by different people-
    Whom I know I’ll never have the guts to talk with
    But as respect and support aroused within me
    I managed to say ‘hi’ and toast for a ‘cheers’
    As we are all equal in the eyes of the Lord
    Nothing will never be against us, even the enemy will vanished
    Promote respect amidst of differences
    Of course, we cannot please anyone to do that
    No matter how hard we try
    Unless we start it through ourselves
    Then, everything will flow and prosper.
