The study aims to determine the efficiency of financial transactions of Cotabato City
State Polytechnic College. Specifically, it seeks to answer the following:

1. The level of compliance of the finance office to the rules of disbursement of

government funds;

2. Efficiency of collection of tuition fees and other school fees;

3. Length of time before money claims will be released and received by the payee;

4. How informed the employees are with regard to fund utilization;

5. The common problems encountered by the personnel in relation to their financial

transaction with CCSPC;

6. Level of satisfaction of personnel and clients with financial transaction in CCSPC;

7. Efficiency of management of funds by the College;

8. Equitable allocation of funds to the various programs of the College; and

9. The level of transparency of the Management as to the utilization of funds of the

College.
