Based on my understanding regarding of chapter principles of training, the key to athlete

achieve successfully in their sport it’s based on good training program, well organizing
annual plan, have knowledge about physiology part and know and understand your athlete.
The coaches must choose their training method accurately so that the athlete will not suffer
from injury or any overtraining syndrome. If the coaches want to make training 5-6 days per
week make sure the intensity is low, if the intensity too high it can lead to overtraining or
worst. The exercise that the coach choose must according to the sport. It will attack the
targeted muscle rather than train the muscle that not often used. Coaches also should use the
equipment during the drill, for example hockey stick or ball. The athlete can do the drill and
can imagine like an actual situation during competition. The coaches also must concern about
their athlete peak performance, they don’t want the athlete peak to early or too late before the
main competition. Must organizing the annual training program systematically so that the
athlete can peak at the right time and the right moment. Each phase of the training program
has their own objective, make sure the athlete will maximize their training per phase to
perform better during competition. The coaches also must concern about their athlete, like
their mood or emotion during. Try to understand your athlete better so the relationship
between the athlete become much stronger and will easily to communicate with them.
