A FLIGHT TO REMEMBER

On July 20, Colombia's Independence Day, I

went with my friend Mark to the ceremony held
at the presidential house in Bogota, to
commemorate the work of the Colombian armed
forces. But before going to Bogota, we had the
biggest scare of our lives, with my friend Mark
we decided to borrow a plane from the military
forces, we were going perfectly through the air
when we heard a tremendous noise, we had run
out of gas, I took control of the situation and
asked permission to land as soon as possible,
thank God we managed to land on time and ran
out of the plane, that day we almost died, we
were so scared that we could not even speak. We
landed at a military base, where upon arrival they
received us very concerned, they gave us medical
service and a good glass of wine to take our
nerves. But it was all worth it. We met the
President of the Republic of Colombia and we
were commemorated for our great work, the
Military Forces of Colombia. It was a day and a
journey to never forget ...
